  • Is the Land a freehold property/ Land title is clear? How can I check this?

    Yes. You can check on the government website by putting the Gut No/ or Survey number of the land. You can connect with us for the same & we will share with you the details.

  • How will the sale transaction be structured ?

    The transaction will be essentially in two parts :

    i. Purchase of land

    ii. Enter into an agreement to build the villa

  • How will payments be scheduled ?

    Request a call back & we will explain.

  • How long will it take to build the home?

    About 18-20 months after the commercials/contracts are signed.

  • How will the property be maintained through the years?

    RKVillas will maintain the property for 1st year for free.

    Post that a Management contract can be signed with an appropriate agency.

    Property could also be leased through agencies through AMA stays /saffron stays etc.

    ) Options for such Rental management can be discussed, which will allow a steady income to help in maintaining the property.

  • Will there be uninterrupted internet provision ?

    Yes, we will have a provision for 100mbps fiber optic line.

  • Is there a power back up facility?/ Will there be uninterrupted power supply?

    Yes, there will be a dedicated DG set of 125 KVA .

  • Will there be enough water?How will a steady supply of water be ensured?

    During the monsoons there is no issue until the end of September. From October till February groundwater will be drawn from multiple tubewells & purified centrally. Additionally if the tube wells run dry, we also have a common central waterbody for rainwater storage of about 10 lac thousand liters , which is adequate for the remaining 4 months.

  • How many trees/plants can we expect on the property?

    We will be providing 100 trees including large & small plants, trees, food forest species etc.

  • What activities can be done around the property?

    You can take a walk or ride a bike into the hills which are within a kilometer of the property.

    Awas & Kihim beaches are both about 15 mins drive from our property.

  • How close is the nearest market ?

    3 minutes Drive or a 10 minute walk.

  • What will be monthly outgoings to run the Villa property?

    Approximately INR 80,000/- per month ( includes staff salaries, utility expenses & miscellaneous expenditure)
